Return & Refund Policy
At Michel L’Artiste, each artwork is created in limited numbers or as a one-of-a-kind original. Because of this exclusivity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damages & Issues
We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping your artwork. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@michelart.store with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to resolve it.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where an item is proven to have been damaged during shipping or is defective upon arrival. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds.
