Processing Time

  • Originals and limited editions are prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days after your order is placed.

  • Each piece is inspected and securely packaged before leaving our studio.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

  • Domestic orders (U.S.) typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International orders may take 10–21 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.

Packaging & Care

  • All artworks are packaged using professional materials to protect against damage during transit.

  • For larger or delicate works, we may ship via specialized art couriers.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your artwork’s journey.

Damages in Transit
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@michelart.store with photos of the package and artwork. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
